Once a returned item reaches us and is checked, we will let you know whether your refund is approved.
- Approved refunds are paid back to the original payment method. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer.
- Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Delivery charges are not refundable unless the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.
