We want you to love every Essencia fragrance. If something is not right, you can exchange or return it within 7 days of delivery.
How to request an exchange or return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@essenciaperfumes.ae or +971 555 624 657 with your order number.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging with seals intact.
- We will arrange collection or tell you where to send the item.
Items we cannot accept
- Opened or used fragrances, unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
- Gift sets with missing pieces.
Damaged or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
